The staff was friendly and explain the product features well..but Glen should ensure the product manufactured/delivered is tested for quality and safety. The bolts on the stove were not fastened fully and the gas was leaking via tubes connecting the knobs. When lighted, the fire spread under the stove which was fixed by tightening the bolts. Whoever buys please install through authorized person and ask to check the bolts.
