This is such an amazing outlet. I was looking for png compatible stove which is not easily available on any of the stores in Hyd as of today.
I called all the authorised Glen stores in Hyd to check if anyone could arrange it for me. However, this is the only store which offered help. They said that they will place an order at Glen's online store on my behalf and I could collect the stove within 5-7 days from their store (they initially suggested that i could place the order online myself. However, I insisted that I wish to buy the stove from the store and not online myself). I followed up with them on the 5th day and the stove was already delivered to them by Glen.
I expressed my concern that the store is very far from my home. So they promptly agreed to deliver it to my doorstep through porter. Additionally, I requested them to include the gas pipe (on chargeable basis ofcourse). Sensing from my request for pipe, they understood that I am setting up my kitchen from scratch. Accordingly, they included a gas lighter and pipe clamps from their end, free of cost without asking me, which was such a sweet gesture.
I could have bought a gas lighter from a nearby store and it doesn't really cost much, but just that kind gesture from their end to ensure that I could start cooking right as soon as i get the stove, speaks a volume about their care towards their customers :-)

Shop is ok. Delivery and installation person is not a trained one and having rude behavior. He don't know the proper installation. Update on the review, after talking to the owner, he has politely explained that the installation person is from the company and not related to the store. He ensured proper reporting will be made to the company. Thanks for the response from owner.

Glen built in glass hobs are made 8.0mm thick toughened glass, which not only looks elegant but also resists scratches, stains, impact & heat. In case, if it gets broken it will be in small pieces and will remain sticking, you can contact the Glen customer care for the replacement of the same.
The timer for gas oven is actually a minute minder. In the gas oven, the time can be set up to 120 minutes. And after the elapsed time that you have set is up, a bell will beep to let you know. But it will not automatically disconnect the gas. You have to turn off the gas knob to prevent burning of food being cooked/baked.
You can clean the built-in oven after every use with a damp cloth making sure that the appliance is not hot. The chamber should ideally be cleaned with a dry cloth.

For 1-2 persons per bathroom choose a minimum 6 or 10 liters. In case staying in areas with lower temperatures may go for 15 liters. For a family of 4 persons minimum 15 liters. For cold climatic locations it can be 25 liters. For kitchen either Instant Water Heater or 10 liters water heater is enough.
- Brass Burners: The ISI marked Gas Stoves are fitted with Brass Burners. The brass burners can take higher temperatures and has been used traditionally in the Gas Stoves. There are some models available with Forged Brass burners which are 5 times stronger and carry a 5 year warranty.
- Alloy Burners: Pressure die-cast, ultra-light burners increase the longevity of the cooktop. The holes in the burner rim are designed at a special angle for higher thermal efficiency. Moreover, the burners come with a five-year warranty.
