We purchased a chimney from Glen Kitchen Appliances, Chandanagar, around 10 days ago and we are completely satisfied with the product and service. Mr. Bhanu clearly explained the product and suggested the chimney that best fits our kitchen, also honestly telling us which models were not suitable for our space. What we really appreciated was that he took time to explain the daily cleaning and maintenance of the chimney. Usually, such maintenance details are not explained, but his guidance gave us better knowledge and confidence in using the product properly. The chimney is working perfectly and the overall experience has been smooth and trustworthy. Highly recommended.
