The owner Prateek is a gentleman. He is polite and knows his job. He took time to show us the products and had knowledge of the technical specs. The product was delivered the next day as he promised.
I still have to use the chimney and hob which I bought so will review it later.
Although Iam very happy that Glen had a huge variety of products to suit the Indian Kitchen.

First of all the service is good.They will deliver chimney at your house.Also compared to Faber and other brand ,the cost is very good and affordable.So in short go for it without any doubt.
Also installation service cost is also less compared to other brand.

I recently bought a 4 burner gastop happy with product but Glen sent inexperience service boy(because he is a boy). He was well behaved during visit but he is inexperience and made small gas burner flame 🔥 like big one. Now I again need to call glen service.
