We had a superb experience while purchasing the Glen cooktop from this place. The owner Jitendra made a real difference with his courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating nature. He shared the catalog and helped us decide over the phone, kept the store open beyond working hours during our visit, explained the technical details patiently, incorporated our specific demands around knob type, and hand delivered the appliance to our car in the absence of staff. Overall a very positive experience and I'll recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase high quality kitchenware with a pleasant sales experience.

The Glen Gallery at SouthPoint Mall is well stocked and has helpful, knowledgeable staff. I met Jitendra, who patiently answered all my questions about Glen hobs in great detail. I was specifically looking for a Glen hob because my older Glen countertop gas stove had worked extremely well. After switching to an inbuilt hob from another brand, I found the burners inferior – even though they were advertised as brass.
Through some research online, I discovered that not all brass burners are made equal. Cast brass isn't as strong or durable as forged brass, and some hobs combine aluminium bases with brass tops, which degrade faster under high Indian cooking heat, and cause misalignment, poor gas-oxygen mixing, and subsequently black marks on cookware.
I had shortlisted a Glen hob online and went to the store to check it out. Jitendra explained the differences between the various models and guided me to a total forged brass burner hob different from the one I had originally shortlisted. Overall, a great in-store experience that helped me make an informed choice.

Glen built in glass hobs are made 8.0mm thick toughened glass, which not only looks elegant but also resists scratches, stains, impact & heat. In case, if it gets broken it will be in small pieces and will remain sticking, you can contact the Glen customer care for the replacement of the same.
The timer for gas oven is actually a minute minder. In the gas oven, the time can be set up to 120 minutes. And after the elapsed time that you have set is up, a bell will beep to let you know. But it will not automatically disconnect the gas. You have to turn off the gas knob to prevent burning of food being cooked/baked.
You can clean the built-in oven after every use with a damp cloth making sure that the appliance is not hot. The chamber should ideally be cleaned with a dry cloth.

For 1-2 persons per bathroom choose a minimum 6 or 10 liters. In case staying in areas with lower temperatures may go for 15 liters. For a family of 4 persons minimum 15 liters. For cold climatic locations it can be 25 liters. For kitchen either Instant Water Heater or 10 liters water heater is enough.
- Brass Burners: The ISI marked Gas Stoves are fitted with Brass Burners. The brass burners can take higher temperatures and has been used traditionally in the Gas Stoves. There are some models available with Forged Brass burners which are 5 times stronger and carry a 5 year warranty.
- Alloy Burners: Pressure die-cast, ultra-light burners increase the longevity of the cooktop. The holes in the burner rim are designed at a special angle for higher thermal efficiency. Moreover, the burners come with a five-year warranty.
